Roles and responsibilities

President

Leads the Pupils’ Committee and represents students towards school leadership and external bodies. Sets priorities and ensures all teams work together effectively.

Vice-President

Supports the President and takes over in their absence. Coordinates internal work and helps resolve organisational issues.

Treasurer

Manages the budget and oversees all financial matters. Tracks income, expenses, and approves spending with transparency.

Executive Secretary

Handles documentation and internal communication. Takes meeting minutes and keeps records organised and up to date.

Care Team

Represents student well-being and inclusion. Works on initiatives supporting mental health, respect, and student support.

Environmental Group

Promotes sustainability within the school community. Organises eco-friendly initiatives and awareness campaigns.

IT Department

Manages digital platforms and technical systems. Supports online tools, websites, and event technology.

Event Management

Plans and organises school events and activities. Coordinates logistics to ensure smooth execution.

Fundraising

Secures sponsorships and organises fundraising activities. Works closely with the Treasurer to support events and projects.

CoSup Representatives

Represents the school in the Council of Student Representatives (CoSup). Communicates European-level student decisions back to the Pupils’ Committee.

13 Stars Editor

Manages the school’s student publication. Oversees content creation, editing, and publication of articles.
